The Premier Membership at Prime High Performance is designed for athletes who are serious about taking their game to the next level. Members receive exclusive, daily access to our state-of-the-art training facility from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week, with key card entry that provides the flexibility to train on your schedule.
Each membership begins with a comprehensive intake process, including a performance assessment and a goal-setting session to lay the foundation for a fully customized training plan. Assessments include:

Vertical Jump
Broad Jump
Pro Agility Shuttle
Exit Velocity
Pitching Velocity (for pitchers only)
From small group defensive training and advanced hitting instruction to velocity-focused strength programs, every element of your development is purposefully designed. Our technology-driven approach leverages TrackMan, Proteus Motion, and detailed video analysis to pinpoint trainable inefficiencies and eliminate guesswork—ensuring that your effort is always focused where it matters most.
